Largely local and all natural ingredients

We are a family of 5 from Plattsburg, MO. We raise chickens, cows, grow all our own herbs, fruits and vegetables. We even mill our own flour.

We love cooking, canning food, gardening, raising animals. But most of all we love to know where our food and nutrients are coming from!
